Projection
This term means in a shortened way “projecting your consciousness into an inner dimension of awareness (or astral plane)”.
The projection method described below worked for me in the morning between brief sleep sequences (for instance on Sunday mornings until 9 or 10 o´clock). The method seems easy to start, but difficult to develop to the desired degree of bodyawareness in a 3D-world.

For better understanding let us consider “tiredness-pictures”:
There is a special kind of inner pictures, called “tiredness-pictures” (because you can see them when you are relaxing in a state of being tired). This kind of inner pictures you certainly have allready experienced. An example: You have gone many miles for many hours. At home you fall into a comfortable chair in order to have a nap. At the moment you close your eyes, you have the movielike sight of roads, and you seem to glide along. Perhaps, if you are explorative, you try to manipulate these pictures.
