They key to receiving and recalling prophetic dream messages is preparation. One must be fully ready and open to having a fortelling dream before such dreams will come to them. The first step is creating the ideal physical environment. You must sleep in a neat, clean, well-arranged room. If your bedroom is a mess, clean it up or sleep in another room. Your bed or sleeping area should be clean and comfortable. Bathe before bed and wear loose clothing, relaxed clothing. Spells and Rituals-Healing Spells-Moonweb AIDS Ritual

paganismThis ritual focuses on destroying barriers and increasing the positive elements that will help us overcome AIDS. The ritual space is purified according to personal practice. Invocations to Athena, Hermes, and/or Brigid may be done.

Those gathered will be divided into five groups. One will be assigned to each of the elements with one group in the center. Each group may be led by a particular coven or group of coven leaders. The center (altar) group will present each elemental group with the obstacle to overcome and later accept the positive "goal". We have divided the elements this way:

It seems quite impossible that the holiday of Candlemas should be considered the beginning of Spring. Here in the heartland, February 2nd may see a blanket of snow mantling the Mother. Or, if the snows have gone, you may be sure the days are filled with drizzle, slush, and steel-grey skies — the dreariest weather of the year. In short, the perfect time for a Pagan Festival of Lights.
