Outercast is popular among authors. Unfortunately we also need buyers of Outercast. We want to continue publishing quality stories with a great variety. But we have decided to shift the balance to the readers of Outercast. We still want to pay our authors but we had to lower the fee, to $5.00 or 4,00 Euros for a published story. This is a symbolic amount. It's not much but on the other hand you can tell everyone you're now a writer who got paid for his story that was published in an officially registered magazine. 99,99 percent of all the writers in the world can't say the same. You'll also receive a free issue of Outercast. In order to be paid, you need to have an account at Paypal, which is free and the only thing you need to register, is any email address.
We don't tell you what you should write. We leave you free with your choices and creativity, within its theme. The theme for issue number seven is: CONSPIRACY. We accept fictional, autobiographical and non-fictional stories between 800 and 6000 words, not more than one submission per issue. We also accept poetry of less than 350 words. We appreciate it if you could tell us a little bit about yourself together with your submission. If your story gets published, you may continue to send more in following issues. All published authors keep the copyright of their stories.
