Earth energy can be derived from any earth-based source. This can be stones, sand, crystals, clay, even salt. It is one of the most commonly used elements of energy.
Earth energy is strong and cool. It is especially strong where the earth is uninhabited, for instance, in a desert or in the mountains. Earth energy is especially valuable in healing magic. It also represents love, money, and goals. A stone or crystal is often held for strength and protection. The earth can also be a way to feel closer to our creator.

DO NOT create an artificial elemental that you do not need. If you create one and think you have failed, you are likely to be wrong… the last thing you want to do is create an elemental and not realise it. Be responsible for your actions! Elemental Magic: Healing Magic

You cannot perform this ritual on someone else without them being present. You can, however, guide the person who needs healing to do this ritual on their own. It is only effective if the person with the ailment performs it, so it is ideal to heal yourself. Read the rest of this entry »
Elemental Magic: What is a Witch?
Since you are here to learn about magic, I can only assume the question must be on your mind… “if magic is supposedly compatible with any religion, then what the heck is a ‘witch’?” Well, “witch” is a very broad term. It is also a very misunderstood term. Most people believe that being a witch means you must be Wiccan or pagan. This is entirely untrue. Anyone of any religion can be a witch. A witch can be a spellcasting, or a healer, or simply a person who sees and feels the magical energy in nature. Read the rest of this entry »
